Morrow Audio Cable Warranty
Lifetime warranty on all Morrow Audio cable products. If your cable develops a manufactures defect such as an intermittent signal or faulty connector, we will repair or replace your cable for free. You only pay the shipping.
Warranty does not cover damage from abuse such as bent connectors, modifications, cut cables or other user damage. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the cable directly through Morrow Audio. Said warranty is not transferable in any from or fashion, including sold or given as a gift to another individual. Shipping cost, taxes and duties are not covered in the warranty.
Please contact us before shipping to determine warranty qualification and possible charges. We also need to be sure that the product is defective. There might be an easy solution that will fix the issue.
If a repair or warranty service is needed we will send you a payment portal by email for you to pay the repair and/ or shipping charges.
Try This First:
The connectors on your cables can, over time, oxidize. With RCA and XLR cables, this can cause signal drop, buzzing, RFI, noise and hum. Use an electrical contact cleaner to clean the connectors. In most cases, this will solve the issue.
Switch the left and right cables. If the problem stays in the same channel, the cable is not at fault. You have equipment issues. If the problem moves to the other channel, it is possible that the cable is defective.
