CABLE RETURNS:

New Cables:

  • 60 day returns on all new cables! Just fill out the easy return form below.
  • Receive 100% of your money back, less shipping!
  • The 60 day return window begins the day you receive the cables.

Demo & Used Cables:
Demo and used cables are not returnable for a refund. They can however participate in our trade-up program.

Traded Up Cables:
Cables obtained through our trade up program cannot be refunded or returned. You can however trade them up to a higher model at any time, according to the trade-up program.

Other products sold on this web site are not eligible for a return. All sales are final. This begins the moment you place your order and your payment is processed, orders cannot be cancled. If you made a mistake in your order, contact us and we will make and process any corrections, giving that you contact us right away before the item ships out.

Return Policy

How To Make A Return For Refund, Exchange, Store Credit Or Cable Trade-Up:

1. If you are doing a cable trade-up, please use the form on our trade-up program page.

2. Read the Conditions & Exceptions section below.

3. Fill out the Easy Return Authorization Form above to receive your RA (return authorization) number.

4. The return must be shipped back with the items that accompanied the product when originally received.

5. Include a copy of your receipt or e-mail copy (if possible) with your returned product.

6. Ship the item to "Morrow Audio, 1133 Casson Way, Independence, KY 41051, USA".

Conditions & Exceptions for All Products:

A) The terms below become active and apply the moment your payment is processed.

B) Beginning the moment your payment is processed, the items not refundable or returnable are non-cable products, demo & used cables and cables ordered through our trade up program.

C) The return period begins the day that the product is delivered, as testified by the delivery confirmation date provided by the mail carrier. Returns must be postmarked no later than the last day of the return period.

D) Where free shipping was given, if you make a return, our incurred shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. You receive free shipping ONLY if you keep the product.

E) If you cancel your order for a returnable or refundable item before it ships, you will be charged a 4% credit card processing fee due to the fees that we incurred when we processed your credit card. This does not apply when using Pay Pal to make your purchase. Pay Pal reverses the fees to us.

F) The product must be in "like new" condition with no damage, scratches, markings of any kind or other abrasions. This includes markings on cables to identify polarities or identify the wires. If damage is found, the cost to repair said damage will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to reject a refund completely, due to possible said damage. If a refund is refused, the product will be shipped back to the customer. It is recommended that you ship the product back to us fully insured.

G) All return options are subject only to the original buyer and are not transferable. This is also the case for a customer who receives the product as a gift. If the product is returned, the original buyer will receive the refund and not the receiving party.

H) Refunds will normally be issued within 2 days of receiving the returned product. Your refund might be delayed if our office is closed due to holidays, vacation, etc. Once we are back, your refund will be applied.

I) The refund will be issued to the original buyer in the same manner in which it was received; Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card, Pay Pal to the same Pay Pal account, etc. If you paid by check or money order, you will be mailed a Morrow Audio company check after the payment clears our bank.

J) If the original account through which payment was made is found to be closed at the time the refund is to be issued, no refund will be given. There are no exceptions in this case for our security. The product will be shipped back to the customer.

K) International returns must be marked in a way so that we are not charged taxes or duties. Tell your shipper that you are making a return and they will instruct you how to do this. Otherwise, taxes and duties charged to us will be deducted from your refund. At this time, our cables are the only products that qualify for an international return.

We depend on our customers to do their research on a product they are interested in before committing to a purchase. We encourage them to read reviews, ask us questions, etc, to make sure that the product will work in their system.  We also recommend they consider the all important and powerful WAF (wife acceptance factor).
